How Often Are You Dealing with a Home That Does Not Stay Cool Enough?

It was a Monday afternoon when you finally made the phone call. After being away for a two week vacation you came home to your house that just did not seem to be cooling well. You first blamed the uncomfortable temperatures on the fact that you had the doors open a lot as you were moving luggage back in the home. On the second day you though that you must have set one of the two thermostats set incorrectly, By Monday, however, you knew that something was not right and called in a service ticket. Within hours, a technician came out and you were able to determine the problem. The upstairs cooling unit was not working: the coil was gone and there was absolutely no refrigeration left. Fortunately, the only two year old unit was still under warranty. By the next morning a second technician and a new heating and cooling unit had arrived.
